New Products That “Pack a Bigger Punch”

We are thrilled to announce three new products that Design Electronics offers to our customers:  Steinway Lyngdorf Model B loudspeaker, the P100, and the Lyngdorf MP-50.  With uncompromised sound and RoomPerfect™ room correction in the new processors, your home theatre or media room’s technology will incorporate state-of-the-art products that are designed to last you a lifetime.

Steinway Lyngdorf Model B Speaker

The first free-standing speaker from Steinway Lyngdorf since the launch of the LS Concert, the Steinway & Sons Model B answers market demands for a compact full-range speaker capable of detailed reproduction and powerful performance. The open-baffle dipole Model B not only borrows design inspiration from the flagship Model D speaker, it uses some of the same exceptional materials such as the specially designed fiberglass bass drivers. With two more bass drivers compared to the Model D, the Model B “packs an even bigger punch” in the low-end, making it the perfect fit for stereo and surround systems.

Steinway Lyngdorf P100 Processor

The P100 processor offers the same dynamic performance and versatility as the P200 with a smaller channel count (10 native, 256 speaker channels) and a more competitive price point. The P100 will offer the latest HDMI platform with 18Gbps bandwidth. As with all Steinway Lyngdorf processors, the P100 features fully digital processing, RoomPerfect™ room correction, intelligent bass management, and seamless level alignment plus a custom voicing tool.

Lyngdorf MP-50 Processor

Delivering a surround sound experience that outmatches anything in and above its class.  Nothing compares to the MP-50’s RoomPerfect™ technology to deliver perfect room technology for adapting a sound system to your room. MP-50´s specifications list include a state-of-the-art HDMI stage with 4K pass-through and HDCP 2.2; support for Dolby® Atmos, DTS:X and Auro-3D®; 16 balanced XLR outputs for power amplifiers; a voicing tool to cater to personal preferences; fully digital signal processing; and an optional DCI-compliant digital AES/EBU input for integration with digital cinema servers.
